New York – November 1, 2016 – World-renowned interior designer, Bunny Williams, announces the debut of the Bunny Williams for Currey & Company lighting collection. The collection will premier during the spring High Point market in April of 2017 and is comprised of approximately 25 pieces including flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers and sconces. “Nothing effects the mood of a room more than lighting. It is important to have light coming from several sources: the ceiling, the walls, and the tables. Now, with my designs for Currey, I have a lighting collection that combines to create the perfect glow.” says Bunny Williams. Inspiration for the collection comes from antique fixtures Bunny has sourced for her design clients over the years. The collection is bold in scale and makes a statement in its broad range of materials from spun metal and brass to rope and carved wood.
“Our private label furniture line, Bunny Williams Home, has been a leader in the table lamp category for some time and so it was of the utmost importance to select the right partner when expanding into fixtures. Currey & Company is a perfect fit in terms of quality, craftsmanship and excellence. We’re thrilled to be working together.” says Jen Potter, COO for Bunny Williams Home.
“Everyone here at Currey & Company is thrilled to be working with Bunny Williams and her team on this collection of lighting. We are looking forward to our ongoing collaboration with one of our industry’s most respected design talents,” says Cecil Adams, Currey’s Creative Director.
